Opportunity Overview

Guinness is carrying out a procurement exercise to establish a Framework of contractors to deliver a range of works that will form part of Guinness’ overall Building Safety Improvement Programme.

Guinness’ Building Safety Improvement Programme has been established to ensure that all of our buildings and those living within them are safe. It is also intended to ensure compliance with relevant legal and statutory requirements (such as Building Control and impending Building Safety reforms).

The Framework will appoint a number of Contractors to provide the core services required to facilitate this programme, which include repairing, upgrading, remediation and/or retrofit installation of:

  • Sprinkler Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems (including Evac Systems)
  • Passive Fire Safety Systems (Compartmentation)

The Framework will be separated into 8 different lots based on the above services and will also be split based on their geographic delivery location.
