Buyer Overview
Scape Procurement are a public-sector partnership, that provide UK frameworks for a wide variety of Construction works. From 2006, they have delivered over 12,000 projects across the UK via direct award frameworks.
Scope of Works
The scope of works within the framework are:
– The provision of construction works and services which may also include the provision of Soft Landings, design management, design services, BIM, any temporary works, Life Cycle and post completion activities as required
– Working in collaboration with Scape and Scape Clients to enable more effective implementation of Projects, deliver quality and seek continuous improvement through efficiency and aggregation. This will include construction, testing, commissioning, completion and aftercare activities to support the operation and performance of the asset in use
– Minor civil engineering and infrastructure works may be required as an incidental part of the provision of the construction (building) works and services, however the predominant work in any call off contract will be of a building nature
– Such non-material additional works and services as requested (the terms and scope of which will be agreed at the time of request)
The Regional Construction Framework will be split into the following lots (all project values up to £7.5m):
– Lot 1 – North West
– Lot 2 – North West
– Lot 3 – North East
– Lot 4 – North East
– Lot 5 – South West
– Lot 6 – South West
– Lot 7 – South East
– Lot 8 – South East
