Multi-Sector Bid Specialists, AM Bid Services are thrilled to announce being shortlisted for the coveted High Growth and Director of the Year Award categories at the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.
The prestigious awards which take place on Monday 27th February 2017 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa will see 450 significant members of the Edinburgh and Lothians business community all gathered to support Chamber members in gaining recognition and celebrating their success.
AM Bid Services is shortlisted for an impressive two of the award categories. The High Growth category – sponsored by Edinburgh Airport – recognises and celebrates businesses that are profitable and growing fast. AM Bid Services has grown at an exponential rate, with turnover for 2015/16 exceeding £¼ million, up 195% on the previous year. The business is on track for £400k+ turnover for its third year.
The Director of the Year category – Sponsored by Royal Bank of Scotland – honours a company Director who has excelled in their business over the past 12 months. Shortlisting for this award acknowledges AM Bid Services, Managing Director, Andrew Morrison’s entrepreneurial spirit, clear strategic business vision, continual care and investment in his rapidly expanding staff group.
On being shortlisted for these prestigious awards, AM Bid Services Managing Director, Andrew Morrison said: “This is wonderful recognition for nearly 2½ years of very hard work, starting a business from scratch and growing it to provide services which help businesses to grow whilst providing employment opportunities for a superb staff team.
