Re-joined AM Bid in April 2019, after spending 18 months at AM Bid in 2017-18. He has over 6 years’ experience in bidding.

Experience covers a wide range of areas including facilities management, professional services, charities, third sector, construction, maintenance and utilities.

Possesses knowledge of both public and commercial bidding with particular expertise in bidding to the Scottish public sector through its related processes.

Callum has experience bidding internationally, having spent time in the Middle East and working on global bids.

Track record of leading successful tenders including to Scottish and UK Government bodies, local authorities and private sector buyers both in the UK and globally.

In 2018, Callum achieved a win rate of 100% for public sector bids.
