Joined AM Bid in January 2019, having previously worked in the private and public sectors – 15 years in Local Government and 16 years in the Financial Services sector.
Experience covers a wide range of areas including Project Management, Quality Assurance, Customer Services and Complaints.
Alasdair has led projects on process and performance improvement, including self-evaluation and quality improvement methodologies.
Implemented a Model Complaint Handling Procedure for Social Work Services at the City of Edinburgh Council.
Designed and delivered bespoke training to management teams on complaint handling and investigation skills.
Led on quality audits and practitioner reviews of partnership working arrangements.
Service & Policy Advisor to a Council Convener and Executive Committee.
