AM Bid Services issued our ‘You Say, We Listen’ Customer Satisfaction survey to all our valued customers past and present.
Our questions provided opportunity to give feedback on what extent their expectations of our services were met. We also asked them how likely they would be to recommend us to others, and most importantly, what we could do to further improve our services.
