The Bid Specialists’ team grows… again!

Award winning Bid Specialists, AM Bid Services, are pleased to announce the appointment of an experienced bidding and proposal management professional, Callum Graham, to the role of Bid Writer.

Callum joins a rapidly growing team at AM Bid Services on Monday 27th February and brings with him 4 years of bid writing and bid management experience, with a proven track record in the public, commercial and third sectors, leading and developing successful bids totalling over £100m in contract wins.

Prior to joining AM Bid Services, Callum held a Bid Executive post at Scott-Moncrieff (part of Moore Stephens UK), Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, where he was responsible for the bids and proposals function, managing a broad range of bids from small commercial proposals to large public sector tenders.

Callum joins AM Bid Services at a very exciting time. The company continues to grow at an exponential rate, with turnover for 2015/16 exceeding £¼ million, up 195% on the previous year, and turnover for its third year on target for £450k+.

Speaking about his appointment, Callum said: “I am delighted to join AM Bid Services, especially at a time of such rapid growth. The company is a passionate team of knowledgeable and experienced bid experts and I am excited to join them in a role working with a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors. My role will be to focused on helping our clients grow their businesses through winning new contracts, as well as expanding AM Bid Services’ client base and service offerings.”

Sharing Callum’s excitement and enthusiasm for the new role, AM Bid Services Bid Development Director, David Gray said: “I am really pleased to welcome Callum on board as Bid Writer, in what is an extremely important role for the company and our continued growth. Callum’s experience of the bidding process complements our existing expertise and we are all excited to work with him on delivering quality bids and proposals to our growing client base.”

On joining the company, Callum’s primary focus will be on improving clients’ bid capabilities and success rates through managing the bid process throughout its lifecycle, including writing and editing bids and tender response documents. Callum will also be involved in creating and delivering training in bid processes and best practice, as well as working with bid teams to develop compelling tender presentations.
